A:The low temperature candle is also called sexual candle. 40-50℃,a lot cooler than the regular candle.The temperature is just right,ignite the passion,fresh experience in couple life.Selected soy wax materials,and with fragrance,and the design is cute enough and artist,can be a ornament.

Q: How to use it?

A:The low temperature is handmade,friendly to the skin.Use no difficulty,you can drip the wax on suitable areas like back, buttocks, abdomen and arms.Don’t drip on private areas, face, etc.It is easy to peel and clean.

Q:How much is shipping?

A：Standard shipping is free for orders over $79,otherwise the shipping is just $5.

Q:How long will it take to receive my order?

A:In most cases, our products ship within 1-3 business days. Transit time depends on where you are located, but at most the products will deliver within 7-12 business days of transit time, the candles need 15-20days,since all products ship from within the China.

Q:What is your return policy?

A:Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

Q:What do I do if the product is defective?

A: If the product is found to be defective within five days after receiving the product.Please contact us by email with specific questions.If the defect is our problem, we will deal with it in time and replace it with a new product.
